Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is committed to the highest standards of business ethics and integrity as well as strict observance and compliance with the laws and regulations governing its business operations.

In order to further its commitment to these legal and ethical standards and establish an environment that promotes legal and ethical behavior, HCSC adopted a Code of Business Ethics and Conduct. The code was created to clearly define HCSC's values and behavioral expectations for every employee of the company. We place the utmost importance on the observance of these principles.
