Using BlueResource Materials

BlueResource features a variety of employee communications. The materials are formatted to easily be used electronically or printed from a desktop printer, at a commercial copy center, or through a commercial printer.

Looking for ways to use BlueResource? Here are a few suggestions.

Paycheck stuffers:

  • Integrate the stuffer artwork in employee booklets or newsletters.
  • Include stuffers in pay stub envelopes, use at health fairs as handouts, or add to enrollment packets.
  • Use the text to create messages specifically for your employees.

Postcards:

  • Print and mail postcards to remind your employees of the importance of various health screenings.
  • Use the text in a series of emails to remind your employees of various health care topics from BlueResource – such as online services available at www.bcbsnm.com.
  • Merge messages into existing materials such as employee newsletters.

Posters:

  • Print and post in common work areas.
  • Use posters in employee booklets and newsletters.
  • Cut and paste messages into your existing communications.
  • Post artwork and text on your company's Intranet site.

Newsletter articles:
