We are committed to helping you stay healthy. One way we do this is by making sure you have the information you need about preventive health care — the steps that you and your doctor take to keep you well. Immunizations, mammograms, and cholesterol testing are all part of staying healthy. We also mail reminder cards to parents to help you keep on track with your children's immunizations and we mail birthday cards to women reminding them to schedule a mammogram and Pap test.
Preventive Health Care Guidelines
These guidelines for children and adults were adapted from the U.S. Public Health Service program, "Put Prevention Into Practice," and are available in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. If you need Acrobat Reader, download it free of charge from Adobe's site.
