Signs of Kidney Failure
When there is damage to the kidneys, most people do not show any signs or symptoms at first. This is often called the "silent" phase of the disease.
When symptoms of kidney failure do show up, they can include:
- Changes in urination
- Nausea, vomiting
- Metallic taste in the mouth
- Confusion or problems focusing
