Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) is pleased to announce our brand-new PPO dental portfolio for groups. Thirty new plans are available as of July 1, 2008. New groups enrolling, and current medical groups adding dental for the first time, can select from these available plans (10 options for small groups size 2-50, and 20 additional options for groups 51+). The current Classic DentalBlue PPO plans are no longer available to groups newly enrolling effective July 1 or later.

Underwriting Guidelines

- Employer must contribute at least 50% of single tier premium
