This Complementary Plan offers services covered by Medicare and received from Medicare-participating providers (providers who accept Medicare assignment):
- No deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, or out-of-pocket costs
- No filing of claim forms for services received in New Mexico
- No referrals required
- When a provider does not accept Medicare assignment, the member is responsible for any amount above the Medicare-allowable charge (generally 15%)
