Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico is pleased to offer this PPO Plan to New Mexico Retiree Health Care Authority members. This plan allows you to choose your doctors without a referral and gives you the security of a health plan that is recognized around the world.
NMRHCA members have three plan options:
- Gold Plan — features the lowest out-of-pocket costs; for most benefits this plan pays 90% for services from Preferred Providers after the deductible.
- Silver Plan — has higher out-of-pocket costs than the Gold Plan; for most benefits this plan pays 80% for services from Preferred Providers after the deductible.
- Bronze Plan — has higher out-of-pocket costs than the Silver Plan; for most benefits this plan pays 75% for services from Preferred Providers after the deductible.
All plans include:
- Benefits for services received from Preferred and Nonpreferred Providers
- Predictable copayments for office visits
- No referrals required
- Access to the most comprehensive provider network in the state
- Coverage when you travel, including the unique BlueCard® program.
