Prescription Drug Benefits:
Learn more about BCBSNM prescription drug benefits, including medications on the Drug List, locating a pharmacy, and other Rx resources.
BCBSNM members can log in to Blue Access® for Members, go to the Rx Drugs page, and access the secure Prime Therapeutics site to order prescriptions online via the PrimeMail prescription mail-order service, view their prescription history, research medications, and more.

Access Your Account and Claim Information Online:
With Blue Access® for Members, your account information is just a click away. You can:
- check the status of your claims
- view your explanations of medical benefits (EOBs)
- confirm who is covered under your plan
- access health and wellness information, create a personal health profile, and take a comprehensive health risk assessment
- request a replacement ID card or print a temporary ID card
- receive email notification when a claim is finalized
