Blue Access for Employers is a secure website designed for the benefit administrators of your employer group clients. It’s designed to quickly and accurately perform online transactions for Enrollment, Membership, Reporting, Administrative, Billing and much more. BAE is available 24/7.

Free BAE Training

Once your group client becomes a BCBSNM customer and registers for BAE, they are ready for our free one-hour BAE training, which shows them how to:

  • Verify eligibility
  • Enroll new employees
  • Modify benefits for employees and dependents
  • Terminate coverage
  • Request ID cards or print temporary ID cards
  • Pay bills with Online Bill Payment
  • View, print, download and reconcile billing statements
  • Find and download forms quickly

They can register for a BAE training session at any time. After processing the email request, we’ll respond with an invitation for an online training session.
