Your Medicare Advantage amendment states the following, "Provider shall comply with all laws applicable to individuals and entities receiving Federal funds and all other applicable Federal and State laws, regulations and governmental issuances, including but not limited to those governing participation in the Medicare Advantage Program, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973."
