Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs) adopted by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) are the foundation for the Behavioral Health Condition Case Management Programs. Updates to CPGs are reviewed and adopted periodically.

The Behavioral Health Condition Case Management Programs offered by BCBSNM include Depression, Alcohol/Substance Abuse Disorders, Anxiety/Panic Disorders, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Eating Disorders, Schizophrenia and other Psychotic Disorders. Condition Case Management Programs are offered to PPO Fully Insured members and PPO members whose employer group has purchased the programs. If a professional provider has a patient who may benefit from participating in one of the above mentioned programs, please call Behavioral Member Services at 888-898-0070 to have your patient screened and considered for enrollment in a Condition Case Management Program.
