Behavioral Health Eligibility and Benefits Tip Sheet Now Available

To assist our behavioral health professionals and physicians that use the Availity® Eligibility and Benefits tool for Blue Cross and Blue Shield members, we have created the behavioral health provider eligibility and benefits tip sheet .This tip sheet shows how to navigate the tool and the information that can be obtained such as copayment, coinsurance, deductible, and other important information.

You must be registered with Availity to gain access to the tool and other online resources offered by Availity.

The Behavioral Health program is available only to those members whose health plans include behavioral health benefits through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico. Some members may not have outpatient behavioral health management. All behavioral health benefits are subject to the terms and conditions as listed in the member’s benefit plan.
