When you get your personalized 2023 BCBSNM health packet in the mail, you can review important sections like:
- Your 2023 Health Plan - highlights any changes to your plan and monthly payment for next year.

Use These Helpful Tips
Before choosing your 2023 health plan, be sure to:
- Find a doctor. Check if your doctors and hospitals are in-network.
- Search drugs by name. Drug lists and tiers may change during the year. Check if your prescriptions are covered.
- Find out if you qualify for a premium tax credit. Premium tax credits, also called subsidies, can help lower your monthly payment. Learn more about premium tax credits.
Your 2023 Health Plan Options
Your health care coverage is your choice. Since your current health plan will no longer be available after December 31, 2022, we will be moving you to a new 2023 BCBSNM plan. You can keep this new plan or enroll in a different health plan during the Open Enrollment Period.
If you qualify for a premium tax credit, you can enroll in an on-Exchange plan through beWellnm from November 1, 2022 - January 15, 2023.
Because your plan is ending you also qualify for a Special Enrollment Period. This gives you extra time to buy your 2023 health plan. These dates are January 1 - February 28, 2023.
Please note, if you want coverage that starts on January 1, 2023, you must enroll in a new plan on or before December 23, 2022.
