Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) experienced an internal system issue which affected the routing of some claim files received from April 23, 2012 through May 7, 2012. All affected claims have been recovered and are being processed.
Your Payer Response Reports are now available. Access your claim status via Availity® , and/or your clearinghouse or practice management vendor.
