  • Pharmacy Information and Prescription Drug Changes – features any prescription benefit changes and tips on how to read drug lists.

  • Choose your communication preferences. For example, you can sign up to get your welcome kit and other member details digitally instead of by mail. Set your communication preferences
  • Download the BCBSIL mobile app. Make your monthly payments, find in-network care, review your claim status and get your virtual member ID card on the go. Download the mobile app
  • Find a doctor. Check if your doctors and hospitals are in-network. Find care now
  • Review covered prescriptions. Drug lists and tiers may change during the year. Make sure your prescriptions are still covered. Review drug list
