Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico will open a new Blue Door Neighborhood Center on August 26, 2024. The Center can help improve health and wellness in your community.
The Center will be open to all people. It will partner with community organizations and health care providers to offer you no-cost resources, programming and services on many health topics. These topics include maternal health, diabetes, behavioral health, heart disease and more.
The Center’s staff will include a manager, health educator, community outreach specialist, community affairs concierge and customer service. They will be multilingual to support the needs of members and your community, especially the Spanish-speaking population.
The Center’s address is 3925 Las Estancias Way, Albuquerque, NM 87121.
