Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) has extended the deadline for its Healthy Kids, Healthy Families® (HKHF) grant initiative through August 31 for 2021 programming. “Through our Healthy Kids, Healthy Families grants, we seek to work with dedicated community partners that want to make a difference for families in New Mexico,” said Janice Torrez, vice president of external affairs at BCBSNM. “This grant program supports our commitment to the communities we serve.”

Established in 2011, the HKHF grant initiative invests in nonprofit organizations that offer sustainable and measurable programs in the areas of nutrition, physical activity, disease prevention and management, and safe environments.
