Blue Directions from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) allows you to conveniently manage enrollment and benefits online – thanks to our partnership with Employee Navigator, an industry-leader in administration platform services.

Simple, Online Enrollment

Blue Directions offers a personalized enrollment experience, while providing you with administrative ease through Employee Navigator’s platform tools.

Step 1: Choose your benefit offerings
You'll pick up to four BCBSNM health plans plus other specialty benefits, and then set your contribution amount or percentage.

Step 2: Blue Directions Team Builds Portal
will work with you to build a customized administration platform, specific to your group’s needs and will also provide training on how to best use the site.

Step 3: Employees access resources
Employees can access educational materials and decision support tools online.

Step 4: Employees compare benefit options
Employees compare benefits options and costs, then enroll on a secure enrollment website.

Step 5: Employees select benefits
Employee benefits selections get sent electronically to BCBSNM and other carriers.

Step 6: ID cards mailed
ID Cards will be mailed directly to your employees once enrollment information is completed on the carrier side.

Step 7: On-going maintenance and service questions
The Blue Directions Support is here to support you throughout your journey. A toll-free phone number and email address connects you with a team of specialists dedicated to ensuring you have the best experience with Blue Directions. They’re able to answer questions or address any maintenance needs you might have with you Employee Navigator site.

You can keep your current plan(s) or choose from dozens of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) plans with different:

You can select up to four health plans from a robust menu to offer employees during enrollment. They can then select their health insurance for the year.
