How to Enroll

If you qualify for a subsidy, also known as a premium tax credit, you can enroll for an on-Exchange health plan through the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange from November 1, 2021 - January 15, 2022. A subsidy can help lower your monthly payment. If you don't qualify for a subsidy, you also can sign up directly with BCBSNM, or off-Exchange, from November 1 - December 15, 2021.

2022 Open Enrollment Period (OEP)

If you qualify for a subsidy, you can apply for a 2022 health plan through the New Mexico Health Insurance Exchange, or on-Exchange, from November 1, 2021 - January 15, 2022. If you don't qualify for a subsidy, you can also sign up directly with a private health insurance provider for an off-Exchange plan from November 1 - December 15, 2021.
