Negotiation with Lovelace Health System
Lovelace Health System informed us that they intend to leave our networks on June 1, 2026. We’re working closely with Lovelace leadership and hope to sign new contracts that will keep them in our networks before then.
You are our priority. We want to reach an agreement that will continue to give you access to Lovelace doctors and hospitals.
Even if Lovelace leaves our networks, you’ll continue to have access to other doctors, health care professionals, hospitals and facilities. Check for options based on your plan by logging in to your member account online or through the BCBSNM App. You can also call the number on your member ID card.
Why It Matters
If we can’t reach an agreement, Lovelace doctors, hospitals and other facilities will no longer be in these provider networks as of June 1:

- HMO
- Blue Advantage HMOSM
- Blue PreferredSM
- Blue Community HMOSM
- Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (PPO)SM

In the case of a life-threatening illness or injury, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency facility right away. Emergency services are covered at the in-network benefit level.
