Primary care providers with Turquoise Care now have access to monthly membership files for members who are attributed to them. The files are available in the Lightbeam module in Availity® Essentials Payer Spaces. Lightbeam is an interactive reporting tool that provides cost and utilization information to help improve our members’ health outcomes.
How to access Lightbeam: Sign in to Availity and select Payer Spaces from the navigation menu, then Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico. Under the Applications tab, select Lightbeam Reporting.
