The Turquoise Care managed care organizations and New Mexico Health Care Authority are hosting joint 2026 Critical Incident Reporting training throughout the year. This annual training is required for behavioral health providers, personal care services, home health and hospice agencies, support broker agencies and CareLink providers.
This training will provide an overview of critical incident reporting and cover:
- New reporting and documentation requirements
- How to report a delay in the start of services
- Determining risk levels for reoccurring incidents of neglect, including insufficient staffing, refusing services and issues with hiring and firing
Turquoise Care providers can register for one of the following:
- May 20, 2026, from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
- May 21, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Aug. 25, 2026, from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
- Aug. 26, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Nov. 10, 2026, from 9 to 11:30 a.m.
- Nov. 12, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Attending a session will meet your obligation to participate in an annual critical incident reporting training.
