Due to a recent system update, you may have had some Medicaid claims for home health or personal care services deny in error related to membership status with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico.
The solution: The claim denial issue stemming from the update was resolved on March 27, 2026. We have processed most of the incorrect denials and are on track to finish all adjustments by mid-April.
