Look for Your Medicare Advantage Access and Availability Survey

Aug. 26, 2026

In September 2026, we’ll contact a sample of Medicare Advantage providers for our biannual survey on appointment wait times. In accordance with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services guidelines, we’re required to conduct this survey to support network accessibility to our Medicare Advantage members, your patients.

How it works: We’ll email the survey to a random sample of providers in mid-September. If selected to participate, you’ll be asked to complete a brief survey.

  • If we don’t receive a response, we’ll email a reminder within seven days of the initial email.
  • The physician, nurse, office manager or other qualifying staff may complete the survey.

About wait times standards: CMS sets Medicare Advantage wait time standards for emergency services, primary care and behavioral health services. Providers who contract with us to deliver Medicare Advantage services are expected to adhere to these standards. Learn more about the standards.
