If you need help communicating with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM), we can help. We offer bilingual interpreters for members who call Customer Service. Our staff includes Customer Advocates who speak Spanish. If you need language services or have questions about your health plan, please call us. You can also contact Customer Service with a secure message through Blue Access for Members.
