Renew Your Medicaid Coverage

Have you been on the Blue Cross Community Centennial Plan longer than 12 months without renewing your plan during the COVID-19 pandemic? If so, now it’s time to renew (or re-enroll) in Medicaid. If you don’t renew, you may lose coverage.

How Do I Renew?

Call the Income Support Division (ISD) at 1-800-283-4465 (TTY:711). Or you can visit your local ISD Office. Please give ISD your most current information about the size of your family and income. This will help to see if you can still qualify for Medicaid.

If you get a letter in the mail from the Human Services Department (HSD) about your coverage, follow the instructions they give you. Let HSD know if your address or income changed. Do this as soon as possible so you can stay covered.

You can also call the Medicaid Renewal Program at 1-888-997-2583 (TTY:711).

What if I Don’t Qualify for Medicaid?

If you no longer qualify for Medicaid, HSD will send you information about other options. You may be able to get another health plan at little or no cost. To do so, you need to update your information now.

Don’t delay – please check to see if you need to renew. We want you to stay covered.
