Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico is opening a new Blue Door Neighborhood Center (BDNC) to improve health and wellness in your community. The BDNC will partner with community organizations and health care providers to offer you resources, programming and services on a wide range of health topics, like maternal health, diabetes, mental health and heart disease at no cost. The BDNC will also provide wellness classes, referrals to social services and more. The BDNC is open to everyone in your community.
A manager, health educator, community outreach specialist, community affairs concierge and customer advocate will be on hand to help you at the BDNC. BDNC staff will also speak Spanish to support the diverse needs of your community.
You can find the Center in Albuquerque’s South Valley at 3925 Las Estancias Way, in the Las Estancias shopping center. Construction on the BDNC will begin in February and it will open this summer.
