Your plan benefits may include Virtual Visits, powered by MDLIVE. Virtual Visits let you meet live with board-certified MDLIVE doctors or therapists in English or Spanish. Get affordable help 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by mobile app, online video or phone.1

Getting Care

MDLIVE's doctors and therapists can treat many non-emergency medical and behavioral health conditions. Plus, depending on your plan, you may be able to select MDLIVE as your Primary Care Provider (PCP) or rely on them for dermatology care:

PCP Coverage

When you choose MDLIVE as your PCP, you can have annual check-ups and routine care covered by MDLIVE. They can also write and send prescriptions (when appropriate) to a nearby pharmacy.2

Choosing a Doctor

Finding a Virtual Visits doctor is easy. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Blue Access for MembersSM account.
  2. Visit the Coverage tab to check if you have Virtual Visit benefits.2
  3. Sign up on MDLIVE's website to get care.

Searching through our Find Care tool?

When you log in to search for care, MDLIVE might appear at the top of your provider list. This only shows if you have Virtual Visit benefits and an MDLIVE doctor offers the care you need.
