First, you’ll receive a letter acknowledging your enrollment. Medicare must approve enrollment before you are officially a member. After you’re approved by Medicare, you’ll receive a confirmation letter.
Please note: You can use your benefits on your effective date, even if your ID card has not yet arrived in the mail. Make sure the information on the ID card is correct.
If something is wrong with your ID card, or you need to order a new one, contact us.
If your plan includes a premium payment, we offer five ways to pay it. Depending on which method you choose, you may or may not receive a printed bill.
You will receive a monthly premium bill in the mail, and you may pay by check. Notices are mailed on the 15th of each month with a due date of the 1st of the next month. For example, your June 15th bill will be due July 1.
Your monthly premium is withdrawn automatically from your checking or savings account on the 4th business day of each month. Download the ACH form. Complete and print the agreement form. Mail the completed form as instructed.
Your monthly premium is deducted directly from your Social Security or Railroad Retirement benefit check. You can change your billing option at any time. Contact us.
You can pay your premium with a one-time expedited payment over the telephone. To pay your premium by phone, please call 1-866-398-9054.

Finding out if your prescription is covered is easy with our online formulary. It’s updated regularly, so you may confirm your medications online. You will also receive a printed formulary in your welcome kit.
