Provider Training

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) is proud to offer complimentary educational webinars to our provider community.

These online training sessions will give you the flexibility to attend live sessions via desktop instead of incurring travel costs attending a workshop hosted in another facility. Provider billers, utilization areas, administrative departments, etc. will all benefit from these webinars. They have been separated into specific topics of interest and will give you the opportunity to decide what best fits your needs. These topics are suggested for new participating providers, however, all providers are welcome to attend.

Participating providers may enroll in any of the available webinars by simply selecting the course of choice and completing the registration process.

The new Reporting On-Demand viewer application is now available in the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico (BCBSNM) branded Payer Spaces section on the AvailityTM Web portal. Learn more
