For Providers:  Review Options for Submitting Claims and Helpline

We’re aware that some pharmacies are experiencing systems issues due to a nationwide outage from the largest prescription processor in North America. Some pharmacies cannot confirm insurance coverage, which could delay filling or refilling your medications. We apologize for this inconvenience.

If you choose not to delay filling your prescription, you have the option to pay for the medication out-of-pocket and submit the receipt with the reimbursement form. You may also try to fill the prescription at another pharmacy.

If you have any questions about your pharmacy benefits or medication coverage, please call customer service at the number on your member ID card prior to filling your prescription.

Some scammers are using the disruption to services to try to obtain information like credit card and social security numbers from individuals. Be aware of anyone who might call you directly and say that they can help you to get reimbursed for your prescriptions; they can’t. Do not give these scammers any information (especially sensitive information like credit card numbers, bank information, Social Security Number or your date of birth).
