These honors recognize our ability to sustain a robust compliance program and maintain a strong ethical culture — even as we navigate a new world of work. While the pandemic continued to challenge our workforce — personally and professionally — BCBSNM navigated through it all by leaning on our core values of integrity, respect, commitment, excellence and caring.
These values are the foundation of our codes of conduct in which we all share a commitment to comply.
Employee Wellness
Our employees have access to a wide variety of wellness resources, reflecting our long-standing commitment to physical and mental health and all-around well-being.
Digital solutions like Whil, Learn to Live, Well onTarget® and WW give employees tools to manage stress and anxiety, improve nutrition, sleep, exercise habits and more. Our partnership with HealthFitness evolved to include virtual programs and group exercise classes, providing flexibility for our employees during a challenging time.
Our Employee Assistance Program administrator provided educational webinars on a variety of topics, such as conquering workplace stress, dealing with change and growing personal and professional resilience.
Under a voluntary incentive program, active employees who received a full course of a CDC-approved COVID-19 vaccine (excluding any booster doses) qualified for an incentive payment.
