You should use in-network providers. If you choose to go to a doctor who is not part of our network, you may have to pay for the treatment. Except in an emergency, the plan may not cover care that you get from an out-of-network provider. Check with the provider to make sure they are in the network before you get care.

Do I Need a Primary Care Provider (PCP)?
You must choose a PCP when you join the plan. Our network has PCPs in almost every county in the state. There's also a wide selection of specialists. With Turquoise Care, you can pick your PCP. If you don’t choose a PCP, one will be assigned to you. Your PCP is your personal doctor. They know your health history. They will give you most of the care you need. Your PCP can refer you to a specialist or other provider if needed. Referrals are not required, but some services may need prior approval before they are covered. Ask your PCP because they are best qualified to help arrange your medical care.
