Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico is here to help. We work with many community groups to make sure you get holistic support. This includes aid outside of your health care needs.

Health and Wellness Assistance

Blue Door Neighborhood Center℠

BDNCSM is a community hub that is open to all. It gives you:

  • Health education.
  • Wellness programs.
  • Community resources.

Come visit the BDNC. It’s in the Albuquerque Las Estancias neighborhood.

Care Van® Program

Our Care Van helps build healthy communities. Some of the services provided by the Care Van are:

  • No cost vaccines 
  • Health and Dental screenings
  • Health literacy education
  • HIV testing

Our Care Vans visit schools, churches, and more.

Best Benefits℠ Program

This program helps those who are disabled get government aid. Learn if you qualify and how to use the Best Benefits Program.

If you have questions about your plan, we can help. To ask about what the plan covers, find a provider, change your PCP and more, just call us Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time.

If you call after hours, please leave a message. We’ll call you back on the next business day. Members with hearing or speech loss can call the TTY/TDD line at 711.
