Advisory Boards
Help us help you. Would you like to provide feedback on ways to improve your health plan and get the most out of it? When you attend one of these meetings, you can learn about your plan and share ideas that could help all members. The goal is to find out how we can serve you better.
Get Involved and Make a Difference
Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico has some advisory boards open to Medicaid members, providers, and community partners.
Going to any of these meetings is a chance for both members and their caregivers to share input and learn about new benefits. At a board meeting you can:
- Ask questions and share your concerns and ideas with us. This can help us figure out ways to improve your health plan.
- Learn about programs and services, as well as community resources.
- Network with others who care about improving health care.
- Help to create solutions to everyday health care problems.
- Connect with a BCBSNM team member.
Our advisory boards meet in person in various parts of the state. There’s also the option to attend online or by phone. There is no cost to participate.
