Using the eSales Tool
Use the "Quote a Group" eSales tool in your Blue Access for ProducersSM account . The quoting tool allows you to create quotes for our fully-insured small group plans.

Get New Sales Forms

Go to Form Finder. Click on Small Group from the left menu. You'll need to complete the following:

1. Benefit Program Application (BPA)
Employer application for group coverage.

2. Employer Group Information (EGI)
Submit required documentation on group size, MSP and COBRA status.

Submit an Enrollment Request

Smart Census Import Tool

Upload member enrollment, submit premiums, respond to requests and more.

After logging in to your account, click Group > Enroll a Group > Small Group Enrollment. Instructions are on the e-Sales tools page.

Get Renewal Forms

Go to Form Finder. Click on Small Group from the left menu. You'll need to complete the following:

1. Benefit Program Application (BPA) Amendment

  • Adding new plans, and keeping current ones? Identify all of them in the BPA/Amendment.
  • Include membership changes OR let Processing know Open Enrollment isn’t closed yet.
  • Renewing without changes? There’s no need to submit a BPA/Amendment.

Access the Request Center via your BAP account to update plan selections.
