Transportation Provider Change Coming November 1, 2026

Starting November 1, 2026, Medical Transportation Management, Inc. (MTM Health) will be the new transportation provider for all Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico members.

Your transportation benefit is not changing. You can still get rides to cover health care visits if you qualify. Only the company that schedules and provides your rides is changing.

More information about how to schedule rides with MTM Health will be shared before November 1, 2026.

MTM Health is an independent company that has contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico to provide non-emergency transportation for members with coverage through BCBSNM.
