The 2026 deductible amounts in the Medicare Supplement Outline of Coverage (English versions) were updated as of Jan. 1, 2026. 

What to do now:

• Download the updated OOCs. They are available via the Forms and Documents lookup tool on our Medicare site.. To use the tool, you must enter the member’s ZIP code and select their county and Medicare Supplement plan to populate the OOC. In the OOC, Refer to footnotes on Pages 1-2 for specific deductible amounts. 
• Remove all outdated OOCs from your distribution. Only use the most current OOC when discussing 2026 Medicare Supplement deductibles with your clients.
