2026 Ancillary Broker Bonus Program Changes: Flyers Available to Share with Brokers/Producers

Our 2026 Ancillary Broker Bonus Programs are designed to complement our package pricing model and provide excellent incentives for producers. While the structure of our bonus programs remains the same as 2025, there are changes for 2026.

Due to Dearborn Life Insurance Company selling its Life & Disability lines to Symetra, the following changes were made:

  • We removed the eligibility/language of L&D products that were conveyed to Symetra.
  • We reduced the number of lines needed to earn a new business bonus.
  • We added a 1% bonus payout if a broker sells three new groups that have both dental + one of our Supplemental Health product lines. This increases the potential maximum new business payout from 5% to 6%.
