Adding Producer Newsletter Recipients Just Got Easier
Aug. 26, 2026
Applies to All Groups, Individual & Family Markets and Medicare Markets
You can now add staff members, consultants and other business contacts to receive this producer newsletter directly through Blue Access for Producers℠.
Contracted, commission-based producer contacts are automatically included in the newsletter distribution. Others have been added over time. Before submitting a request to add someone, please check with your producer and consultant colleagues to confirm the contact is not already receiving the newsletter.
Step 1: Locate the Newsletters Section
After logging in to the producer portal, navigate to the Newsletters section and select News from the Blues.
This opens the newsletter page, where you can access the subscription form.
Step 2: Open the Subscription Form
From the newsletter page, select the subscription form link.
Use this form to add individuals in your organization who should receive producer communications and updates.
Step 3: Add Contacts and Submit
Enter the contact information for each recipient you want to add.
Tips for completing the form
- Enter the recipient's first name, last name and email address.
- Select Add another (+) to add additional recipients.
- Select the minus (-) button to remove an entry if needed.
- When you have finished adding contacts, select Submit.
You will receive a confirmation message after submitting the form. Requests are typically processed within five business days.
Need to Add Multiple Recipients?
The subscription form allows you to submit more than one contact in a single request, making it easy to add multiple staff members or consultants at the same time.
Future Enhancements
Currently, you can use this form only to add newsletter email recipients. We hope to enhance the form in the future to allow you to remove recipients and more. Stay tuned.
By keeping your recipient list up to date, you can help ensure the right people receive important producer communications and business updates.
