Starting in 2026, members with Exchange plans will make payments directly to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Mexico. To support the transition, a new FAQ sheet PDF is available to answer common questions.

The FAQs provides guidance on what this change means for members, along with key payment dates and payment guidelines. Please review the FAQs PDF with your clients as needed to ensure a smooth transition into 2026.
