New Mexico Extends Off-Exchange Enrollment Through Jan. 15

Hot off the press: The New Mexico Office of the Superintendent of Insurance has reversed its previous guidance that ended off-exchange open enrollment Dec. 15, 2025. Bulletin No. 2025-014,  which states OSI now allows carriers to continue selling off-exchange plans through the open enrollment period ending Jan. 15, 2026, replaces Bulletin No. 2023-037.

Key Changes:
The previous end date of Dec. 15 has been extended to Jan. 15.

SEP plans can still be sold if they are triggered by qualifying life events.
