New Mexico Small Business Credit

As communicated previously, Small Groups (2-50 segment enrolled in a Qualified Health Plan in New Mexico) will continue to see a credit on their health insurance premiums. The credit will apply through June 20, 2026.
What’s the credit amount? Bronze and Silver plans will continue to receive a 10% reduction on premiums, while Gold and Platinum plans will receive a 15% reduction.
- The credit will be applied retrospectively beginning with the February premium billing statement and will run through July 2026.
What you need to know: We will send an prior to Jan. 1, based on guidelines from the New Mexico Health Care Authority.
